My secret pizza recipe!

Ingredients for Dough:
1.5 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tbsp immediate yeast
1/4 cup powder milk
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup water

Ingredients for Pizza Sauce:
1 tbsp tomato paste
Salt
2 garlic cloves crushed
Thyme

Ingredients for topings:
I will leave that up to you, put whatever toppings you like! However, in the below recipe, I will tell you what I personally like to put.  Remember though, cheese is always first!

Directions:
1. Mix all the above ingredients with your hands or using the kitchen machine on number 6 till it becomes a dough.
2. Roll it over with the roller till it becomes round and medium thickness
3. Put on a pan that has 1 spoon of oil (so that dough does not stick).
4. In a separate cup, mix one table spoon tomato paste with salt and pepper and little water and the crushed garlic.
5. Spread the paste over the dough nd make holes with the fork in it afterwards then sprinkle Zaatar on top.
6. Spread shredded cheddar cheese before anything else on top of the tomato paste. You can put any other kind of cheese like mozarella or gouda.  I recommend any cheese that has a sharp taste.  Mozarella is my last choice if you want a distinctively tast pizza.
7. On top of the cheese, add chopped onions, tomatoes (without its juices), mushrooms, basil leaves, salamy, green pepper, olives and... virually anything.
8. At the very top, add mozzarella!
9. Place in the oven on medium to high temperature (electric over number 6) for 10 - 12 minutes.
10. Eat immediately!

My Recommendations:
Let's face it: Mozarella is over rated!  It looks great, it stretches like there's no tomorrow but it hardly tastes anyhting.  So, I recommend that you play around with different kinds of cheeses when you're cooking your pizza.  Cheddar and Prolone mix is exceptionally tasty. Nothing beats Fontina cheese all over (bottom and top) just watch out so that it doesn't burn.  A combination of Gorgonzola Mscarpone and Mozarella (to break down the strong taste of the Gorgonzola) is awesome.
Really, cheese is up to you to play around till you find your perfect combination!

Bon Appétit,  buon appetito, Guten Appetit, belhana wel shefa :)
